North Star Retirement Solutions LLC ("North Star," "we," "us") is a retirement plan administration firm based in New Jersey. When you complete our Client Intake Form or send us documents, including by email, we collect business information (such as company name, address, EIN, and payroll details), contact information for your primary contact, owners, and outside advisors, and, where needed to set up your plan, owner Social Security numbers. Our website host may also collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited.
How We Use and Protect It
We use this information only to set up, administer, and support your retirement plan, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell or rent your information. Our online forms are processed by Cognito Forms. Client Intake Form submissions and document uploads are stored encrypted, and access is limited to North Star staff who need it. If you choose to return a form by email, please be aware that email is not a secure channel. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our form and website hosts), with parties you ask us to work with (such as your financial advisor, accountant, or recordkeeper), or when required by law.
